How to Use

Preparation:
Use 1-2 teaspoons of Amber Bush Mint Rooibos Tisane per 8 oz of water. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
Pour water over the tisane and steep for 5-7 minutes.

Enjoy:
Strain the tisane and pour into your favorite cup.
Can be enjoyed hot or iced.
