I take the utmost pride in each product sold by Elecampane Rose Bespoke Apothecary, and my wish is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase and overall experience. Due to the natural qualities of my small batch products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

My handcrafted elixirs, teas and botanical creations are freshly made in small batches, are fresh for one trip around the sun and should be used up within 6-9 months after opening. Please enjoy them while they are fresh! I offer a selection of deluxe sample sizes in the shop to aid you in selecting the best products for your skin before you invest in full size products.

However, if you do encounter an issue with your order delivery or product, please reach out at bonjour@elecampanerose.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and I will do my best to arrange a suitable solution for you. 

Please note: If offering a refund is the appropriate solution, it will be issued as store credit.
