Shipping Policy

My goal is for your order to reach you in the safest, most efficient way possible, and as soon as possible. Please note that upon receiving payment, your items will ship within 3-5 business days. Many items are made to order and require additional time to prepare. I send out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays each week, except during peak season when I ship 3-4 times per week. Thanks in advance for your patience! 

All orders ship with tracking numbers via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service. Elecampane Rose Bespoke Apothecary cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. 

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out. Please note that transit times for each shipping carrier may vary. Elecampane Rose Bespoke Apothecary is not responsible for any delay in delivery once your order has been picked up by a shipping carrier. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

All prices are in US dollars. 

We offer complimentary or flat-rate shipping on all orders depending on order amount. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

For the United States:
$7 flat rate when you spend under $100.
Complimentary shipping when you spend $100 or more.

For Canada: 
$17 flat rate when you spend under $150.
Complimentary shipping when you spend $150 or more.

For International Orders:
$27 flat rate when you spend under $200.
Complimentary shipping when you spend $200 or more.
