This recipe has been passed down through the generations to help fight colds and flu. Garlic and ginger are known immune boosters, turmeric is anti-inflammatory, garlic is ever so healing, and cayenne and horseradish add congestion clearing heat when battling illness. This tonic is great year-round to keep your germ-fighting embers burning.
To use: Take one teaspoon or more daily as an immune booster, or as needed to diminish congestion. Best kept refrigerated. Shake bottle as some settling may occur. Can also be used as a culinary vinegar for salads, over rice and in hearty dishes.
